Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of salonlavie.us and to appointments booked with Salon La Vie in Raleigh and Greenville, North Carolina. By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Booking
Appointments can be booked online through Vagaro, by phone, or in person. Please provide accurate contact information so we can confirm and remind you of your appointment. Service times and prices shown online are estimates; your stylist will confirm the final service and price at your visit, especially for color, extensions and corrective work.
Card on file, cancellations and no-shows
A card may be required to hold your appointment. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service, and no-shows may be charged up to the same amount. Arriving late may require us to shorten or reschedule your service. Some services, such as bridal and extensions, may require a deposit; deposit terms are shown when you book.
Satisfaction
If you are not happy with your service, please let us know within 7 days so your stylist can make it right. Adjustments are offered at our discretion and do not include changing to a different service.
Gift cards
Gift cards can be used for services and products at the location where they were purchased, are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and should be treated like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Products and payments
Retail products may be returned unopened within 14 days with a receipt. Payments are processed securely through Vagaro.
Health and safety
Please tell your stylist about allergies, sensitivities, or recent chemical services before your appointment. We may recommend a patch or strand test, and we may decline a service if we believe it could damage your hair or harm your health.
Communications
By booking, you agree to receive appointment-related emails and text messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
Website use
All content on this website, including photos, logos and text, belongs to Salon La Vie or is used with permission and may not be copied without our consent. The website is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Salon La Vie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
